The HYVODA team is comprised of seasoned experts from the fields of renewable energy, hydrogen engineering, and international EPC project management. We possess extensive practical experience in electrolyzer technology, system integration, engineering delivery, and global supply chain management.
Our core competencies span three major technological pathways: methanol reforming hydrogen production, Alkaline (ALK), and PEM electrolysis. We possess full-stack delivery capabilities ranging from kilowatt-scale to multi-megawatt systems. Our team members have spearheaded the design and delivery of numerous cross-border green hydrogen projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical standards, compliance requirements, and business practices across diverse regional markets.

Director
Derek leads the Project Management Department, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all HYVODA green hydrogen projects. With years of hands-on experience in large-scale engineering project management, Derek excels at resource integration, risk anticipation, and critical path management. He ensures seamless coordination across the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. As a core member of the management team, Derek establishes project management standards and delivery systems, driving the continuous enhancement of HYVODA’s EPC capabilities.
Starlina
Deputy Director
Starlina serves as Deputy Project Director, overseeing execution and coordination of key overseas projects. She acts as the critical bridge connecting clients, engineering teams, and the supply chain. With extensive experience in cross-regional communication and schedule control, she drives high-quality project delivery on schedule under diverse cultural and complex conditions, while continuously improving HYVODA’s project management methodologies.
International Business Team
May
Head of International Business
May spearheads overseas market development and operations, leading business expansion and client relationship management across the Middle East, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia. With over 15 years of experience in international business development and strategic partnerships, May specializes in structuring commercial frameworks for cross-border hydrogen projects and building strategic alliances. She has successfully led negotiations and implementations for numerous transnational green hydrogen collaborations, laying a solid foundation for strategic partnerships such as the alliance between HYVODA and the UK-based Hy-Hybrid Energy.
Doik
Head of Overseas Project Delivery
Doik is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery management of HYVODA’s overseas projects, covering cross-border business coordination, engineering and procurement synergy, and construction through to commissioning. He possesses profound expertise in cross-border collaboration within the new energy and hydrogen sectors, with core strengths in international project risk control, cross-cultural team synergy, and schedule/cost management. Doik ensures that HYVODA’s overseas projects are executed to the highest standards, guaranteeing on-time delivery, performance compliance, and client satisfaction.

Ava oversees the planning and execution of HYVODA’s operational system, encompassing supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery assurance. She drives continuous organizational efficiency improvements through systematic operational thinking, ensuring the stability of delivery quality and service response speeds as HYVODA expands its global footprint.

Operations Manager
Lisa assists the Director of Operations in managing daily operations, with a focus on production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and quality system development. Her extensive experience in lean operations and process optimization within manufacturing environments makes her a key contributor to HYVODA’s scalable production and standardized delivery capabilities.

Bonnie is responsible for the execution and delivery management of overseas projects, focusing on project planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking. With solid on-site management experience gained from multiple transnational projects, Bonnie specializes in client communication and multi-party collaboration, ensuring projects proceed smoothly according to milestones under complex conditions.
