DDH-H

DDH-H series intelligent reducing gas generation system uses electric heating as the heat supply method. The reducing gas (mainly H₂ and CO) produced by it, after drying treatment, has a dew point lower than -35°C and can be used for the reduction protection of metal powders or products in reduction furnaces. This series of equipment has a low investment cost and a lower operating cost than conventional high-purity hydrogen equipment. The hydrogen production capacity range of a single DDH-H series device is 30 to 200 Nm³/h.

Features

HYVODA DDH-H Series is designed for efficient on-site production of reducing gas (mainly H₂ and CO) using methanol reforming and electric heating technology. The system delivers gas with a dew point below -35°C after drying treatment, ensuring stable performance for metal powder or product reduction in furnaces. Compared with conventional high-purity hydrogen equipment, it offers a significantly lower operating cost and faster ROI.
